Kenneth Hubbard

A native of Bayard, Neb., Kenneth G. Hubbard received his Ph.D. from Utah State University in 1982. He is a professor with the School of Natural Resources at the University of Nebraska and director of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) High Plains Regional Climate Center.
