Jerry Taylor

Jerry Taylor, senior fellow at the Cato Institute, is the most widely cited and influential right-of-center critic of federal energy and environmental policy in the nation. He has served on numerous congressional advisory bodies, is a frequent contributor to prominent newspapers and magazines, including the Wall Street Journal and the National Review, and is the author of many studies and journal essays on energy and environmental issues.
