Jane Erdenberger

Jane Erdenberger grew up in Omaha, Neb., and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (1975) and The George Washington University National Law Center (1978). She practiced tax-exempt bond law with Kutak Rock (1978–2001) and resigned to teach social studies at Omaha North High Magnet School (2001–present). She thinks teenagers are wonderful. Her husband, Mark Hoeger, is a filmmaker, sometime political candidate and former executive director of the Omaha Children’s Theater for Young People. Her two daughters, Christian and Eleanor, are practically perfect in every way.
