Dave is a native of Lincoln, Neb., and earned a B.S. degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, an MBA from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and is a chartered financial anaylst. Dave previously served as the chief investment officer for Guarantee Mutual Life Company in Omaha, Neb., and for Caterpillar Investment Management Ltd. in Peoria, Ill.
