Arthur Pearlstein is professor of law and director of the Werner Institute for Negotiation and Dispute Resolution at Creighton University School of Law, Omaha, Neb. He earned a B.A. from Haverford College in Pennsylvania, a master’s in dispute resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine Law School in California, where he served as a Fellow, and his law degree from Harvard Law School. Pearlstein has years of experience as a lawyer, mediator and dispute-resolution specialist, as well as an extensive background in teaching and training overseas and in the United States.
